It has been 10 long years since Naitasiri last won the top rugby competition in Fiji and they last played the final in 2014.

The last time they won the title was in 2010 against Nadroga which was then known as the Telecom Cup.

One of the players that were part of the winning team in 2010 is now the back-line coach Asaeli Naiteqe who says they are out to create history by winning the Skipper Cup.

Suva is out to win their third consecutive title.

Naitasiri will meet Suva at 6pm at the ANZ Stadium this Saturday.

At 2pm is the Women’s final between Naitasiri and Lautoka and at 4pm Namosi will face Nadroga in the U-19 final.
