2,213 students from 19 schools will be taking part in the Coca-Cola Triple N Zone today and tomorrow.

Meet organizer, Alifereti Tawake says all 19 schools had begun preparations for the zone after the sixth week of school.

He says they are anticipating a high turnout from old scholars and supporters during this two-day competition.

Tawake says the Triple N committee has agreed that athletes that come first, second and third will qualify for the Coca-Cola Games next month.

Nakasi High School is the defending boys champion while Adi Cakobau School is the defending girls champion.

The Triple N Zone will start at 8.45am today at the HFC Bank Stadium, Suva.

The Lautoka, Tavua and Vatukoula, Bua, Taveuni, Macuata 1 and Kadavu zones are also being held today and tomorrow.
