More than 2 million COVID-19 cases have now been reported in 216 countries around the world

More than 2 million COVID-19 cases have now been reported in 216 countries around the world, according to the latest data released by Johns Hopkins University.

The United States is still the country with the highest number of cases with 613, 187 cases and 26,950 deaths.

Spain is second with 177, 633 cases with 18,579 deaths while Italy is third with 165,155 cases with 21,645 deaths.

New Zealand has 1, 386 cases and 9 confirmed deaths while Australia has 6,440 cases and 63 deaths.
