More than 15,000 students and members of the public took advantage of the 2-day Fiji National University Open Day at their various campuses as they provided them opportunities to make a decision about their future

Tertiary school student Ecelina Talei Sailada who was one of the 3,000 people that showed up to the FNU’s Nasinu Campus today says she has learned a lot from the displays by the School of Agriculture and it has motivated her to become a business woman in life.

Ratu Kadavulevu School Year 13 student, Emosi Tuilabasa says this has been an eye-opener for him.

Tuilabasa says he plans to study accounting at FNU next year.

Meanwhile, FNU Acting-Pro Vice Chancellor of Learning and Teaching, Jimaima Lako says everything that has been displayed at all the FNU campuses for the two days is exactly what is in the curriculum.

Lako says as part of the learning, lecturers and tutors also teach the students how to be creative in the way they learn.
