All this rain is being brought by a trough of low pressure that is slowly moving over the Fiji group.
The Weather Office says this low pressure system is now moving further away.
Another trough of low pressure is expected to affect the country till Wednesday.
You can expect showers to become frequent with isolated heavy rain.
