More nurses and doctors being recruited for COVID Surge Response Call Centre in Suva
The Fiji Emergency Medical Assistance Team Field Hospital.

The Australian government has partnered with the Ministry of Health and Medical Services to recruit 20 registered nurses and 20 doctors for the COVID Surge Response Call Centre in Suva.

These registered nurses and doctors will be based at the FEMAT Health Call Centre.

They will through the Call Centre refer all high-risk COVID-19 cases for further management.

The Health Ministry confirms these nurses and doctors will be contracted through to 31st December this year.
