$1,149.45 has been given to the Fiji Cancer Society by Ram Sami and Sons Fiji Ltd to support those battling cancer.

Ram Sami and Sons Fiji Ltd Business Development Manager Abdul Shameer says they have been engaged with the Fiji Cancer Society for the last couple of years on projects like the Pink Walk every last week of September where hamper packs and food samples were donated in kind.

Fiji Cancer Society CEO Belinda Chan says the demand for their services is increasing as the number of cancer patients in Fiji is increasing.

She thanked everyone who purchased Ram Sami eggs in the month of October, as a certain percentage of the money collected has been donated to Fiji Cancer Society in conjunction with Kundan Singh Supermarkets and Max Value Stores Fiji wide.
