The missing fisherman from Levuka-I-Gau Village in Gau has been found.
Police say the missing fisherman was found at Somosomo Waters by another mariner and he is safe and sound.
A search and rescue effort was activated this morning by Police after villagers reported the incident.
Police say the man went fishing alone on a fibreglass boat yesterday morning and when he failed to return last night, search efforts were conducted by the villagers.
