Ministry of Youth & Sports to provide training for Lomainasau Youths on use of Gym equipment

The Ministry of Youth and Sports will be providing theoretical and practical training to the youth of Lomainasau village in Tailevu and their rugby team on the use of new gym equipment provided by the Ministry.

Speaking during the handing over ceremony, Minister for Youth and Sports Parveen Bala says this is to ensure the youth in this community have the correct technique in place to avoid injury.

Bala says with the new gym equipment, Lomainasau community will be better equipped to train safely while participating actively and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

He says they are making the necessary investments in improving the quality of and access to healthcare.
