Ministry of Education successfully top up Government subsidized student eTransport cards

The Ministry of Education says they have successfully topped up Government subsidized student eTransport cards, which are now eligible for redemption ahead of the start of Term 3.

The Ministry says to access these funds, all students carrying blue eTransport cards simply need to get the balance loaded onto their cards using the “redeem” function on any eTicketing machines installed on buses, or by visiting any Vodafone/Valuefone and Mr Mobile outlets or District Education Offices/Headquarters.

It says the students can also use the new E‑ticketing KIOSK machines at Suva, Nausori and Nadi bus stands.

All cards will be open for redemption from today.

Parents and students are urged to redeem these funds before the start of Term 3 on Monday, 26th August 2019.

For any questions please call the Ministry’s toll‑free help line on 163.
