Methodist Church to begin construction of $46M complex for Rev John Hunt Centre

The Methodist Church of Fiji and Rotuma will commence construction of a new $46 million Reverend John Hunt Centre beside the FICAC building in Suva.

Lakoyani Management Pte Limited CEO Sereana Qoro says the complex will be a 10-storey building, with eight stories of office space, two stories of retail shops, a food court and a lot of business activities on the first two floors.

Qoro says the construction will take about 24 to 30 months, and the official opening for the building will be held in June 2026.

She says the HFC Bank has approved the funding for this project.

Meanwhile, 59 pastors witnessed the ground opening of this construction.
