Defending champions Brazil will face Mexico in the semifinal of the men’s football competition at the Tokyo Olympics after beating Egypt 1-0 in the quarterfinal.

Spain will take on hosts Japan in the second semifinal.

Spain beat Ivory Coast 5-2 in extra time after both sides were locked at 2-2 at the end of 90 minutes.

Brazil will take on Mexico at 8pm while Spain takes on Japan at 11pm on Tuesday.
