51-year-old, Peni Matai who resides at Ratu Latianara College School compound in Serua travelled to Suva at 2 o’clock this morning to watch the Olympic 7s semifinals and final.

Matai who hails from Naduria, Rewa says he could not afford to miss Fiji’s game as they do not have TV reception in their area.

He says that he was trying to fix his TV for more than three hours before his wife told him that the other houses in the area were also facing the same problem.

Matai who works at the Asian Development Bank in Suva thought that the only option is to watch the game at his office this morning.

He says that he caught a minibus from Serua at 2am and arrived in Suva at 3.45am.

Now he is giving updates to his family back in Serua and nearby houses.
