Marvin Ketenilagi who has been charged with one count of manslaughter has had his bail extended in the Suva High Court.
It is alleged that he assaulted a man in January last year which caused the death of the man.
The alleged incident happened in Suva.
The matter has been adjourned to the 25th of October.
