Before school starts many were at the Civic Centre to enjoy some krumping on Saturday.
This 6th Dance Dattle Zone gave famous krump groups like troupe 10 their start.
The crowd was also made up of those who want to be krump dancers, even teenage girls.
One of the dance crews out of Nausori Black Coconut Tribe said krumping is not only something great to get involved in but has also earned them some extra money, performing at resorts.
The organiser Amit Prasad said the prize money is to help the crew in expenses they may need for school.
He said that this can be turned into a great youth event, if given enough support.
Scooping the $300 prize money this year was Dance by Faith, a Krump group out of Nausori.
