Man who allegedly stabbed wife to death wants to remain silent

Luke Nasetava who allegedly stabbed his wife at the headquarters of a multi-national company in Walu Bay in September 2019 has told High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo that he wishes to exercise his right to remain silent.

Justice Temo has given defence lawyer Flilimoni Vosarogo time to talk to Nasetava.

The case will be called again at 2.15pm today.

Nasetava is on bail.

He is charged with one count of murder.

The prosecution closed their case at midday today.
