A man who allegedly raped and sexually assaulted his 16-year-old stepdaughter will take his plea on the 14th of next month.
He appeared before Suva High Court, Judge, Justice Thushara Rajasinghe this morning.
The man is facing three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
It was heard in court that the alleged incidents happened between 2018 to 2019 in Lau.
The state counsel informed court this morning that they will file information and disclosures by the 24th of this month.
The man’s bail has been extended.
