A 31-year-old man who allegedly raped his niece has been further remanded in custody by High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza.
The man is facing one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault.
The alleged incidents happened between last year and this year in Suva.
The case has been adjourned till the 14th of next month.
