A 24-year-old man who allegedly raped and indecently assaulted his elder brother’s girlfriend on the 8th of this month in Nasinu has been further remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
He is charged with a count of rape and two counts of indecent assault.
A domestic violence restraining order has also been issued against the man.
The accused has applied for legal aid assistance.
The case has been adjourned to the 21st of next month.
