The case of the man who is alleged to have raped his 80-year-old mother in law has been transfered to the Suva High Court and will be called on the 12th of next month.
He is charged with 2 counts of rape and has been further remanded in custody.
It is alleged the incident occurred inside the elderly woman’s home on the 22nd of this month when the two were alone.
