A 48-year-old man will appear in the Nausori Magistrates Court today for allegedly raping his 42-year-old wife.
It is alleged the man committed the offence on several occasions in April this year in a settlement in Tailevu.
The man has been charged with four counts of rape, one count of breach of domestic violence restraining order and one count of damaging property.
