Man suffers multiple fractures on leg after accident at Naviyago Bridge

A man has suffered multiple fractures on his leg and will undergo surgery following a horrific road accident at the Naviyago Bridge in Lautoka on Saturday.

Two other passengers are also admitted in the Lautoka Hospital.

The three were travelling in a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old man and were heading towards Drasa when the incident occurred.

The fourth passenger who was also travelling with them was treated and sent home.

It is alleged the vehicle collided with a truck that was heading towards Lautoka City.
