A man has been sentenced to four years imprisonment by the Lautoka High Court for defilement of a girl under the age of 13 years and indecent assault on a female.
The incidents happened in Ba, in 2008.
He was sentenced to 3 years for indecent assault on a female and four years for defilement of a girl under the age of 13 years.
The man has to serve the sentences concurrently.
He can apply for parole after 3 years.
