A 25-year-old man has passed away after he was allegedly assaulted by his father-in-law at Delai Tomuka in Lautoka yesterday.
The matter was reported to Police by the Lautoka Hospital staff after the man was brought to the Lautoka Hospital after 4pm yesterday.
This is after an argument that arose at a drinking party between the accused and the victim.
The accused is believed to be his 50's and is in police custody as investigations continue.
