Man charged with wife's murder maintains his silence in court

Luke Nasetava who allegedly stabbed his wife at the headquarters of a multi-national company in Walu Bay in September 2019 has decided to maintain his silence.

Nasetava's lawyer, Flilimoni Vosarogo was given time earlier today to speak to his client.

However Nasetava has maintained his silence.

High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo has given the prosecution and defence lawyers time until this Wednesday to file their written closing submissions.

Nasetava is on bail.

He is charged with one count of murder.

The case has been adjourned to the 29th of November.
