A 42-year-old man charged with two counts of sexual assault has been granted bail by the Lautoka Magistrates Court this afternoon.
Tariq Bahadur is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 19-year-old man between the 1st of June to 31st July this year.
It is alleged that he committed the offences during a visit to the hostel of a Mosque in Lautoka.
Bahadur has been released with a bail bond of $1000 and has also been told to report to the Lautoka Police Station every Friday.
The case has been adjourned to the 8th of next month.
