A 41-year-old man charged with theft and falsification of documents has been informed to have his defence lawyer present on the next date.
Salesh Kumar is alleged to have stolen $36,930.54 cash from Hexagon Apartments Group between the 28th of June, 2012 and 3rd of September, 2012 in Suva.
The matter was called before Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa today.
Kumar’s bail has been extended and the case has been adjourned to the 2nd of July next year.
