A 38-year-old man charged with theft has been released on bail by the Nasinu Magistrates Court.
It is alleged that Asaeli Tabualevu stole a phone valued at $449.00 from Vinod Patel Limited on the 24th of last month.
Magistrate Sufia Hamza has released him on a fresh bail of $800.
The case has been adjourned to the 6th of March for plea.
