A man charged with raping his neighbour in a settlement in Suva has been granted bail by High Court Judge, Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
The prosecution did not object to bail saying the woman now lives in another place and the man does not have any pending matters or previous convictions.
Justice Rajasinghe has set a bail bond of $1,000 with two sureties and has also ordered the man not to interfere with witnesses.
