A 43-year-old man who was allegedly smoking marijuana as he took a walk along Ratu Sukuna Road in Nasese yesterday will appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today.
The man has been charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs.
He was also found with 21 packets of marijuana.
