The Suva Magistrates Court has transferred the case of a man charged with a count of murder to the Suva High Court.
Timoci Cakau is alleged to have murdered a 52 year old man on the 24th of last month in Suva.
Magistrate Asanga Bodaragama has remanded Cakau in custody and the case has been adjourned to the 21st of this month.
