The 24-year-old father who is alleged to have crushed his 4-month-old daughter while she was asleep has been charged with one count of manslaughter.
Kami Namalo appeared in the Sigatoka Magistrates Court on Friday and was bailed with strict conditions.
Namalo is alleged to have slept on top of his 4-month-old while intoxicated resulting in her death.
The case will be recalled next Friday.
