Victhal Vikash Prasad who is charged with aggravated burglary and theft has been sentenced to 19 months and 3 weeks imprisonment by the Suva High Court.
Prasad on the 26th of December last year, broke into the complainant’s house while the complainant was away and stole one HP Laptop, assorted jewelry and $600.00 cash.
Police had later managed to recover the laptop.
A non-parole period of 13 months and 3 weeks has been set.
