A man charged with a count of arson has been further remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
It is alleged that Akuila Tubuna set a house on fire in Nasinu Village, Tailevu on 26th December last year.
High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar did not release the 34 year old farmer from Dawasamu Village on bail as he was not able to produce two sureties and other relevant information.
The case has been adjourned to the 13th of next month where Tubuna is expected to take his plea.
