A 61-year-old man who is charged with a count each of indecent assault and indecently annoying the modesty of a 14-year-old girl has had his bail extended by the Suva Magistrates Court today.
The alleged incidents occurred on two separate occasions in Kadavu last year.
It is alleged the man had waved to the girl and called her into his home. He had then allegedly exposed himself to her.
The case will be called again on the 5th of next month.
