A 30-year-old man charged in relation to the fatal road accident at the Nadi back road last month has been granted bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court.
The farmer has been granted bail with strict conditions and has been told not to leave the country.
A 42-year-old man passed away in this accident.
The case will be called on 22nd February next year.
