A 29-year-old man charged with causing the death of a man following a motor vehicle accident in Koronivia last month has been granted bail by Nausori Magistrates Vandhana Lal.
Khushal Datt has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and drunk and drive occasioning serious injuries.
The alleged incident occurred on the 15th of last month on Koronivia Road in Nausori.
The case has been adjourned to the 6th of next month for mention.
