A 23-old-man who is alleged to have caused a fatal accident over the weekend in Nadi has been granted bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court.
He has been charged with one count of count dangerous driving causing death and two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.
The case has been adjourned to the 27th of next month.
It is alleged that the 23-year-old lost control of the vehicle he was driving along Korovuto in Nadi causing it to veer of the road and hit a street light and claiming the life of a farmer.
