A man has been acquitted of rape by High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinge.
He was charged for allegedly raping a girl in September 2016.
Justice Rajasinge said he found reasonable doubt about the reliability and credibility of the evidence given by the complainant.
He disagreed with unanimous guilty opinion of the three assessors.
