The 29-year-old man who is alleged to have raped his nephew has chosen not to give evidence in the trial.
The man is charged with three counts of rape and is alleged to have committed the crime from the 1st of January to the 17th of April 2014 in Colo‑i‑Suva.
Both lawyers in the case will deliver their closing submissions today.
High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will sum up the case next Monday.
