Fiji Bati rep, Maika Sivo who allegedly indecently assaulted a 26-year-old woman has been released on bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court.
Sivo who plays for Parramatta Eels is charged with one count of Indecent Assault.
It is alleged the offence occurred on Boxing Day at one of the hotels in Nadi.
A stop departure order has been issued by the court.
The case has been adjourned till next Tuesday for plea.
