Good news for rugby league fans as Mai TV will be showing this year’s State of Origin Series live on it’s free to air channel.

Mai TV Director Stanley Simpson says they know the State of Origin rivalry has a massive following in Fiji and fans are heavily invested in either supporting Queensland or NSW.

Simpson says the other great thing is that a number of in form Fijian players are expected to feature in the series this year.

He says last year Fiji Bati internationals Daniel Saifiti and Tariq Sims helped the NSW Blues to a 2-1 series win with resounding victories in the first and second games.

The first game of the much-awaited series will be on 8th June, the second game will be played on 26th June while the final game will be played on 13th July.
