The Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji has clarified that the Maha Shivratri will be celebrated this Sunday.
National General Secretary Krishneel Krishan Tiwari says they are requesting all Sanatan followers to please follow their calendar for all religious dates.
He says in Fiji, Australia and New Zealand, Maha Shivratri will be celebrated on Sunday and this is also evident in the video made by Pundit Jagdish Shukla.
Tiwari says the time for Chaturdashi starts from 2.30am to 10.50pm on Sunday.
He adds you can ask your respective priests on what is required to celebrate Maha Shivratri.
