A Memorandum of Understanding signed between Up-Skill Yourself and Leadership Fiji aims to mentor and nurture Fiji’s next generation of leaders.

Up-Skill Yourself Founder and Director, Veronika Naiwaqa who is a Leadership Fiji Alumni of 2015 started the company in 2018 to help teenagers and youths to learn communication and development of leadership skills.

Leadership Fiji’s Chief Executive Officer, Sharyne Fong says they are so grateful that Naiwaqa reached out to see how she could give back to Leadership Fiji, and in discussions they realised that they shared the same values and vision in developing, mentoring and nurturing Fiji’s next generation of leaders.

Fong says it is through partnerships such as these they are able to fulfil their vision of developing and enhancing the quality of leaders in Fiji.
