Lautoka FC defeated Manukau All-Stars 4-2 in their opening match of the Flick Hygiene Pacific Community Cup 2024 yesterday.
Lautoka led 3-1 at halftime, with Saula Waqa scoring a brilliant hat trick and Sakaraia Naisua adding another goal.
Alex Senial and a late effort from Manukau narrowed the scoreline, but Lautoka held on for a strong victory.
In other matches, NZFFI Auckland All-Stars edged Rewa 2-1 and USA-All Stars and Labasa FC settled for a draw 1-1.
