Lateef not produced in court, case adjourned

The case of Zoe Maharaj Moore and former Suva Lawyer Shazran Abdul Lateef has been adjourned to the 29th of this month.

Moore and former Suva lawyer Lateef are charged with one count each of being found in possession of 7.89 grams of methamphetamine, one count each of being found in possession of 12.49 grams of cocaine and one count each of being found in possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana.

Moore and Lateef did not make an appearance in court as Lateef was in remand.

Bail has been extended for Moore and Lateef has been further remanded.
