LTA to bring ‘Meet The Manager’ Program back
LTA CEO Samuel Simpson

The Land Transport Authority of Fiji will bring back their ‘Meet The Manager’ program back to improve on its operations and service delivery.

LTA is planning to start the program with Sigatoka Town Office on 18 March and finish it off at Taveuni Branch on 7 April.

CEO Samuel Simpson says the purpose of this program is to improve their service, encourage positive and credible information and suggestions from customers.

This program will allow customers to have ‘Talanoa’ style meetings with local LTA branch managers and get face to face answers or any form of assistant.

He says they are aware of the current systems in place and know that they are not perfect however, LTA wants to get it better so they can serve Fijians and make our roads some of the safest in the world.
