LTA arranges alternative transport for 4 schools

The LTA has arranged alternative transport for 4 schools after their transport providers’ vehicles have been seized, pending investigations into alleged corruption.

The 4 affected schools in Sigatoka are Ramtullah Primary, Tuva Arya Primary School, Nadroga Arya College and Ratu Iliesa Primary School.

CEO, Samuel Simpson says they do not want the education of students in the area to be affected and have liaised with other public service operators.

The Authority has warned individuals against breaking the law and using unscrupulous methods to obtain financial advantage.
