Education Minister Premila Kumar has today refuted claims that students from a prominent school in Tailevu had COVID and that parents were concerned.
While answering a question by SODELPA MP, Salote Radrodro about the disease outbreak at the school which led to bus and truck loads of sick students arriving at home late last night without the prior knowledge of parents, Kumar says this is what speculation does.
Kumar says their data shows that students were simply feverish.
