Koroisau to make Origin debut in Game 3

Apisai Koroisau will make his debut for New South Wales in Game 3 of the State of Origin series while Daniel Saifiti and Tariq Sims will once again start for the Blues.

Koroisau who was named 18th man in the first two games has been promoted to the final 17 after injures to Panthers duo Nathan Cleary and Jarome Luai.

Jack Wighton and Mitchell Moses will be the new halves pairing.

James Tedesco, Tom Trbojevic, Latrell Mitchell, Brian To’o and Josh Addo-Carr have also been retained for the match.

The Blues have already clinched the series after thrashing the Queensland Maroons in the first two matches.

Game 3 of this year’s State of Origin series will be played at 10.05pm next Wednesday.
